What housing crisis
I didn't think I'd be buying again for a long time after all that's happened to me in the past year. I just barely made it out of the house in Illinois without losing money. I finally feel like I'm 100% back on my feet again.
Hi Shawn - that is GREAT news - good for you, I am glad not everyone is loosing out with this market. We purchased a condo about the same time that darn bubble popped, we are fine with making the payments just can't sell right now or we would loose out. But we are happy where we are, planning on staying at least another few years, hopefully things will improve by then.
I'm at work right now too - slaving away, LOL. Recreating some of our MR reports in excel and jamming out to some Nickelback on my iPod. I told a few more people about the site, hopefully they will come online and register. I like keeping in touch, so many times you loose contact with old co-workers, so this is nice.
