My company has a unique position open that allows you to receive inbound calls while you work from the convenience of your own home or anywhere. Using VOIP technology you can connect to our phone system from your home and it's just like working in an office.
The majority of the calls you would receive are from internet lead providers such as LowerMyBills and LendingTree. Our telemarketing team calls these customers, screens them, and then transfers the good leads to our loan officers. We provide these call transfers for FREE.
We have loan officers converting these leads at astronomical rates. Due to the success of this program, we are starting up three new teams! Currently, we have more calls than we have loan officers to take them, and we can generate plenty more calls with the thousands of leads we buy each month! You will get approximately 10 transfers a day (equivalent to about 30 internet leads). A good sales person can sell about one loan per day.
You will be paid 22% up to 20k and then 33% after you surpass 20k. If you can submit 1 deal per day, then here is a breakdown of your month.
Week 1
5 submissions with approx 20k in fees
$770 per loan
= $3850
Week 2
5 submissions again but now at 33%
$1150 per loan
= $5750
Week 3
5 submissions
$1150 per loan
= $5750
Week 4
5 submissions
$1150 per loan
= $5750
Totaling $21,100/ month!
Plus, on personal referral business from your contacts you will earn 65% commission. You can also recruit other loan officers and earn overrides on their production. For the Inbound Call Center Program you can earn a 5% commission on the production of the loan officers that you recruit. So if you can refer us 5 people, you will be making approximately as much as if you were doing this program yourself (25% just onreferrals)!
So what's the catch: The requirements are very strict for this program. If you do not qualify right now, you can work as an Outside Sales Advisor. Once you prove yourself there, you can join the Inside Call Center Program.
